| Aimee M. Pingenot is a partner in the family law practice of McClure Duffee & Eitzen LLP, which serves clients in Dallas, Collin and surrounding counties. Her cases include complex and amicable divorce cases, premarital agreements, modification actions and collaborative law cases. She also mediates on all these cases.
Born in Houston on April 29, 1974, Aimee received her bachelors and masters degrees in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and 1998, respectively, and her Juris Doctorate from the same university’s School of Law in 2003. She was admitted to the Texas Bar that same year. She received her Mediator’s Certificate in 2002.
Her memberships include: Collaborative Family Law Attorney; State Bar of Texas (Family Law); Dallas Young Lawyers Association; Dallas Bar Association (Family Law); Plano Bar Association; Dallas Association of Young Lawters Leadership Class(2006); Junior League of Dallas; Annette Stewart American Inns of Court. She also is a volunteer for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas (practices in the areas of family law and civil litigation).
Aimee was recognized as a “Texas Monthly Rising Star” by Texas Monthly magazine in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Before joining McClure, Duffee & Eitzen LLP in October 2003, Aimee was an educator with Teach for America (1998-2000).
