Claimed Lawyer Profile
Biography

My solo practice serves consumers in the south metro Indianapolis area, extending into the adjacent rural communities. The focus of my practice is consumer debt. I possess experience representing both consumer creditors and consumer debtors. As a result, I understand the practical realities of the consumer debt legal environment quite well.

Prospective clients are evaluated for the suitability of a bankruptcy filing, but also counseled on the availability of alternative and complimentary courses of action. I practice foreclosures for defense and diversion into loan modification or other appropriate lender loss mitigation programs. I represent consumers in defense of isolated consumer collection lawsuits. I do not offer universal debt settlement services. I also consult with consumers regarding potential claims against their creditors, debt collectors, or other offenders for violations of state and federal consumer protection laws.

My legal practice is a debt relief agency. I help people file for the relief and protection provided by the Bankruptcy Code. (This statement is required by the Bankruptcy Code)
