Biography

Carolyn Mirabile concentrates her practice on all aspects of divorce, support, custody, property distribution and drafting of marital settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements. Carolyn is Immediate Past-President of the Montgomery Bar Association, the third largest Bar in the state with more than 2,000 members, and she is currently a member of the Association's Diversity Committtee. She is frequently asked to speak before professional groups and other attorneys. As an experienced trial attorney, Carolyn has handled hundreds of complex family law cases in the five-county region. In her practice, she has utilized the services of both forensic experts and custody evaluators. She has also successfully argued cases on appeal before both the Supreme Court and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania. Carolyn is also experienced in mediation. She is a court-appointed custody mediator and has presented numerous mediation training programs. Carolyn received Best Lawyers in Family Law and Best Family Law Practice in 2020. Carolyn has been recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine for family law from 2011 through 2016. She has also received an "Preeminent AV" peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In 2012, Carolyn completed the prestigious eight-day Houston Family Law Trial Institute program hosted by the South Texas College of Law.
