Experience: Attorney for a prestigious, nationally prominent labor and employment law firm as well as practical experience as a global human resources executive for large and mid-sized companies in the United States, Europe, Central and South America. Litigated cases before federal and state courts, negotiated labor agreements across the globe, led human resources due diligence and integration efforts for acquired/merged businesses worldwide, staffed manufacturing plants, and set-up human resources functions in the United States, Russia, Czech Republic, and Mexico. As a labor and employment attorney, handled discrimination cases, negotiated executive level employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and handled severances, plant closings, and production transfers globally.

Also. as the parent of a child with disabilities, Mr. Hall has a passion for helping children obtain the best possible free appropriate public education (FAPE) as required by law. Practice also includes representing children who have been suspended or otherwise disciplined.
