Biography

Joe is a participant in the CA Judicial Mentor Program - North Bay, as a mentee (11/2023).

Joe is admitted to practice before the following courts: The Supreme Court of the United States (#318544), The Supreme Court of California (#317368), The Supreme Court of Wisconsin (#1134504), The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, The U.S. Tax Court (#CJ23244), The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, The U.S. Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals, The U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (#37879), & The U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Arbitration: Present your case & have it decided with efficiency.

Mediation: Areas of expertise: business; commercial; contracts; family; fee disputes; financial; insurance; landlord/tenant; personal injury; real estate; uninsured motorist, & interpersonal disputes.

Real Estate: Joe brings a dynamic to real estate transactions that most attorneys can't & that no real estate agent can. Joe commonly assists parties with the legal paperwork in "for sale by owner" FSBO transactions.

Personal Injury Law: You were injured & it's not your fault. Now you are entitled to whatever compensation is necessary to put you back in the position you would have been in had you not been injured.

Family Law - Minor's Counsel: Family Law can be challenging at times, but doesn't need to be. Attitude, the ability to stay rational with the facts, & common sense can easily help this often volatile area of the law into a seamless transition of the next phase of your life.

Joe is also a Judge Pro Tem, mediator, & mandatory settlement conference facilitator at the Superior Court in Sonoma County.
