Q. I was recently let go from the company I cofounded. About 3 years ago I signed a letter of integrity.

The non-solicit is pretty questionable as well, but I would recommend you speak with a lawyer before you take any actions, a short conversation can save you from facing many problems down the road.
Q. bought a dog from a breeder at nine weeks old and now he is deaf in his left ear. can I sue the breeder for money back?
A: Yes I would recommend small claims for this. Make sure you look at your contract for any language that says "as-is' as that may be a problem for you. Also make sure you have a hearing test from the Vet. Here's some guidance on small claims from the state court system:
