| During my tenure there, I was exclusively in charge of the negotiation and drafting of all construction and architect agreements. Moreover, I was also exclusively in charge of the drafting of new legal forms, such as lease and purchase and sale agreements. I would find new laws that were not contemplated in our form contracts and implement them thereto.
I also successfully negotiated purchase and sale agreements and various types of leases (free standing, ground lease, retail lease and subleases). In addition to reviewing title and environmental issues, negotiation of these transactions also included the drafting of a myriad of ancillary documents including, but not limited to, estoppel certificates, construction schedules, easements, CC&Rs, eminent domain agreements, etc. |
