Claimed Lawyer ProfileQ&A
Biography
A father, husband, son and trial lawyer. A lawyer for the people who has never represented a mega-corporation or insurance company.
I have chosen to devote my life to making sure the most important cases - the peoples' cases - are given a fighting chance in the court of law. We will go to trial if necessary, and only settle if the amount is fair and you approve it.
Your case is important to me, because your case is about you and YOU are important to me. Every case is a cause.

Legal Answers
- Q. Someone gifted my daughter a dog and we have raised him for three years. Now he wants him back , after three years
- A: A gift is a gift, just don't voluntarily turn the dog over. He is unlikely to find a lawyer who will bring a case against you for it, but if he does obviously you may need to look into getting yourself a lawyer at that time.
- Q. Can a third party monitoring service change the daily and bi-weekly rate at each scheduled appointment?
- A: This would be dependent upon the actual agreement or contract he signed. Some contracts allow for variations in pricing due to market conditions, etc. Some do not. So it just depends what he signed and agreed to at the time of initiation of the relationship. He may also have a cancellation provision that allows him to cancel if the price increases, but of course he would have to initiate that.
- Q. How would a suspect fleeing on foot while armed or presenting to be armed effect TN V Garner?
- A: These are incredibly fact specific (and jurisdictionally specific) questions not really capable of proper answering here.
