I represent individuals and corporations across the country in a variety of civil litigation disputes. My current practice areas include antitrust litigation (e.g., price-fixing, customer allocation, group boycotts, and bid-rigging), fraud (including RICO), consumer protection, business tort, and commercial litigation, including class actions.

My small firm -- Kotchen & Low LLP -- aims to achieve the highest caliber legal representation while offering clients greater efficiency (and lower billing rates than larger firms), more personalized attention, and specialized knowledge.

Kotchen & Low LLP has developed a particular interest in legal issues related to the consumer goods and retail industry. We have represented a number of clients in the industry, and my partner previously worked at a major consumer goods manufacturer. As a result of this interest, we created the Consumer Goods and Retail Industry Litigation Blog to keep stakeholders apprised of legal developments in the industry.

Before co-founding Kotchen & Low LLP, I was: a law clerk for Judge Tacha of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, a research attorney for the Supreme Court of Guam; a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice; and an attorney at the law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP.
