By any objective measure, Attorney David R. Yannetti has reached the top of his profession. In the past year, Attorney Yannetti achieved an acquittal in a first-degree murder case after first obtaining a new trial for his client, who had served sixteen years in state prison after being wrongfully convicted. Michael Schneider is an experienced criminal defense attorney, concentrating in appellate, habeas corpus, coram nobis, new trial motions, and other post-conviction litigation. Michael has defended homicide, serious felony, and misdemeanor cases and has handled complex federal sentencing and parole matters. Michael's cases have often involved international human rights, national security, international law, and constitutional civil rights issues. Michael also represents suniversity tudents accused of plagiarism and misconduct at area law schools and colleges and professors accused of scientific research misconduct at area universities.

Michael has worked on a number of high-profile cases, including the OJ Simpson, David Merrick, Mike Tyson, and Pamela Smart cases.

From 1997 to early 2007, Craig J. Tiedemann was groomed and trained by 2 of Boston's large, and most prestigious "Big Firms," where he gained extensive, invaluable experience handling complex business disputes for sophisticated companies of all shapes and sizes, and individuals with important, complicated problems.

During his decade in the "Big Firms," Craig's practice emphasized construction litigation, involving projects ranging from Boston's infamous "Big Dig" and the Logan International Airport renovations, to routine public and private project construction disputes, both commercial and residential.

Craig has also tried several criminal cases, both as prosecutor during a brief stint when loaned to the Commonwealth by his former firm, and more recently in defense of clients.

I represent small to midsized businesses in a variety of business and employment disputes in federal and Massachusetts courts. I also selectivley represent plaintiffs in employment matters and personal injury claims. As a former assistant district attorney, I also devote a significant portion of my practice defending people accused of crimes, typically in District Court.

I am co-author of the Massachsutts Practice Series volume on civil practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts that is published by Thomson-West, the largest legal publisher. Following law school, I clerked for a justice of the Supreme Judical Court of Massachusetts. I have conducted numerous jury trials and bench trials and have argued approximately 30 times before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Masssachusetts Appeals Court.
