I have been in the practice of law for almost two decades and have clients all over the United States. I have years of jury trial experience against all kinds of opposing parties from multi-billion dollar corporations to the local county prosecutor's office. I have never lost a lawsuit to a big three auto manufacturer for example, and have won tort cases against corporate giants like Kellog Brown and Root (KBR). I have appeared before the US Senate to discuss cases of national public concern as well as the Ohio Supreme Court, and have even been asked by the Florida legislature for my advice on gun control legislation. There is no such thing as a typical day in my law practice. I hold a doctorate degree (J.D.) in law from the University of Akron and a degree in forensic criminology from Indiana University. My biggest law practice area is labor and employment rights law, toxic torts (poisoning, radiation, nuclear materials, biohazzards, and chemcial burns litigation) and major felony defense. Before becomming a lawyer I was a captain in the US Marine Corps infantry and am a trained criminolgist. I love trial work and am considered very agressive by my opposing counsel and have a reputation for being relentless in the pursuit of truth and justice. I've been practicing law since 1983. I was licensed in Kentucky first, then in Ohio in 1985. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1982.

I am experienced at forming businesses. I like representing a client in negotiations, drafting proposals, business start-up, and litigation when necessary. I have been plaintiff's counsel, and I have defended those who have been accused of breach or non-performance.

My best legal work is conceiving, drafting, negotiating and finalizing working relationships by and between businesses enterprises, for their best commercial interests. Lawyers like to say they can all draft contracts. True. Form books abound. You can find examples of every kind of contract on the internet.

Nevertheless, it takes some expertise in a field to draft, propose terms and negotiqate a truly effective agreement.
