Mr. Langley has been a coverage attorney and insurance defense litigator since 1973, having attained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco Law School. He is actively licensed in Arizona and California and has tried in excess of seventy jury trial in federal and state courts including several first party bad faith, serious injury, wrongful death, professional liability, and punitive damages cases. His most recent trial in Arizona involved a False Light Invasion of Privacy and Intentional Interference of Business Relationships case. He has diversified expertise in construction defect, property, fraud, arson and coverage matters including examinations under oath and appraisals, as well as in estate planning. He is also a licensed civil engineer in the State of California.

Mr. Langley is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, American Bar Association, Arizona and California Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the Maricopa County and Scottsdale Bar Associations. He has presented at various continuing education courses and seminars including the ABA and the Property Loss Research Bureau. In 2004 he was featured in Law Technology News regarding his successful defense of a brain injury trial in Santa Monica, California.

Steve German has been practicing law in Arizona since 1993, and is also licensed (currently inactive-status) in Ohio. Steve spent six years employed at a large law firm in Phoenix, Arizona.

In 1999, Steve started his own law firm, devoting his practice to protecting individual rights. His clients are victims of insurance companies that refuse to pay long-term disability benefits, victims (and surviving families) of rollover and tread-separation accidents, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and other tort-related incidents.

Beginning in 1999, Steve formed a close allegiance and working relationship with Tab Turner, an Arkansas attorney, who has twice been named national Trial Lawyer of the Year, and who is perhaps best known for his work against Ford (Rollovers) and Firestone (Tread-Separations). That close working relationship continues to this day as together they routinely litigate catastrophic loss claims against Ford, Firestone, Cooper Tire, TRW, and other large corporations that manufacture automobiles and tires.

In 2003, Danny Adelman joined Steve, and together they formed Adelman German, PLC. They have thrived together as a Firm and their practice has grown considerably.

In 2005, Michelle ("MJ") Johnson joined their practice as an up and coming Trial Lawyer, and in 2007, one of Arizona's most prominent attorneys, Robert D. Myers (Hon.), formerly the presiding judge of the Maricopa County Courts, joined Adelman German, PLC, as "Of-Counsel".

I am a Certified Criminal Law Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, and have been practicing law for over 15 years. I specialize in serious and complex criminal litigation, and have tried over 300 cases in my career. I am admitted to practice in all Arizona courts - state and federal.

I have practiced family law in Arizona and Nebraska. The laws across the nation are vastly different based on the community in which you practice. However, there is a marked trend across the nation to move away from the litigious practice of family law. Courts and family law organizations are beginning to offer a much wider and more encompassed approach to training all areas of family law in a manner that encourages settlement. Not just a settlement that keeps the parties out of Court, but a settlement that puts into place a realistic parenting plan, financial structure and maintenance provisions. The hope, and the philosophy that I have adopted for my practice, is that families can continue to operate as functional units despite the life-changing process of divorce. Robert H. Kleinschmidt earned his B.S. degree in 1979 from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree in 1982 from the John Marshall Law School. With 25 years of litigation experience, he is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Birth Injury, Surgical Error; and other serious injuries caused by the negligence of others. He has a passion for children and served for several years as the Chairman of the Board of Gompers Rehabilitation Center, a rehabilitation center for seriously disabled children and adults.

He is a published author with The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association on "The Right to Videotape Depositions".
