ABOUT TRISHA LOTZER: After ten years of practicing corporate law, both in house and in a law firm, Ms. Lotzer formed her own practice because she knew that by owning and operating her own business she could be more effective in helping her clients. Ms. Lotzer has the unique ability to relate to clients as fellow business owners and understand their needs and concerns. Robert H. Kleinschmidt earned his B.S. degree in 1979 from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree in 1982 from the John Marshall Law School. With 25 years of litigation experience, he is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Birth Injury, Surgical Error; and other serious injuries caused by the negligence of others. He has a passion for children and served for several years as the Chairman of the Board of Gompers Rehabilitation Center, a rehabilitation center for seriously disabled children and adults.

He is a published author with The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association on "The Right to Videotape Depositions". He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona; the Maricopa County and Scottsdale Bar Associations; The American Association for Justice (formerly known as The Association of Trial Lawyers of America) where he is a member of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group, Professional Negligence Group, and the Nursing Home Litigation Group; the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association; and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum - Top Trial Lawyers in AmericaTM. Marc McCain has lived in the Phoenix area since 1978. He attended Arizona State University where he studied business finance and graduated with highest honors in 1991. After graduating from ASU he worked as a financial analyst with a local litigation consulting firm until he decided to follow his true passion to study law at Arizona State University College of Law. Marc graduated from law school with honors in 1995 and has been practicing in the Phoenix area since that time. In 1999, Marc co-founded McCain & Bursh PLC, Attorneys at Law with his fellow ASU graduate, Darius Bursh.

Steve German has been practicing law in Arizona since 1993, and is also licensed (currently inactive-status) in Ohio. Steve spent six years employed at a large law firm in Phoenix, Arizona.

In 1999, Steve started his own law firm, devoting his practice to protecting individual rights. His clients are victims of insurance companies that refuse to pay long-term disability benefits, victims (and surviving families) of rollover and tread-separation accidents, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, and other tort-related incidents.

Beginning in 1999, Steve formed a close allegiance and working relationship with Tab Turner, an Arkansas attorney, who has twice been named national Trial Lawyer of the Year, and who is perhaps best known for his work against Ford (Rollovers) and Firestone (Tread-Separations). That close working relationship continues to this day as together they routinely litigate catastrophic loss claims against Ford, Firestone, Cooper Tire, TRW, and other large corporations that manufacture automobiles and tires.

In 2003, Danny Adelman joined Steve, and together they formed Adelman German, PLC. They have thrived together as a Firm and their practice has grown considerably.

In 2005, Michelle ("MJ") Johnson joined their practice as an up and coming Trial Lawyer, and in 2007, one of Arizona's most prominent attorneys, Robert D. Myers (Hon.), formerly the presiding judge of the Maricopa County Courts, joined Adelman German, PLC, as "Of-Counsel".

Mark was born and raised in Minot, North Dakota. At the age of 19 Mark moved to Tempe, Arizona to attend college. Mark graduated from Arizona State University in 1993 with a degree in political science. Mark married his wife during the summer of 1993. After scoring in the top 3% in the country on LSAT, Mark was offered academic scholarships from several prestigious law schools. But Mark put his family first, as his wife had just started her career as an educator, so he entered law school at the Sandra day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State. Mark graduated from law school in three years.
Mark’s first child was due the day Mark was scheduled to take the bar exam. However, his first of three sons came one week early so the bar exam was a breeze for Mark. After being admitted to practice law, Mark worked for a local criminal defense attorney by the name of David B. Smith before he decided to join the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office. While at the public defender’s office Mark got immeasurable experience. Within two years Mark was lead counsel for several homicide cases. During Mark’s three years at the office Mark won over 20 felony trials and got many more felonies dismissed.
In 1999 Mark started his own criminal defense firm. However within a year or two Mark joined up with Chad Shell to start one of the best and most successful criminal defense firms in Arizona. Mark and Chad are partners to this day and have successfully represented thousands of clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors all across the state of Arizona. Mr. Bursh has been practicing law in the Phoenix area since that time.

Mr. Bursh co-founded McCain & Bursh, PLC, Attorneys at Law with partner Marc McCain in 1999. Mr. Bursh currently acts as the firm's President. Mr. Bursh's practice areas include personal injury, commercial litigation, and corporate law. Mr. Bursh is a seasoned litigator and represents Plaintiffs in a variety of cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, negligence, premises liability, and public entity liability. He has successfully litigated million-dollar cases on behalf of his clients. Mr. Bursh is also experienced in the area of insurance defense and formerly served as corporate counsel for State Farm Insurance Company.

Prior to joining the Personal Injury Law Office of Barry E. Lewin, P.C. Jason worked as an extern for the City Attorney's Office in Tempe, as a judicial extern for the Hon. Helene Abrams, and as a law clerk for a small mortgage fraud prosecution firm. It was during his clinical experiences with the ASU Mediation and Civil Justice Clinics that he developed an interest for representing clients in litigation matters.

Jason's focus and dedication to school earned him top honors at graduation. Jason ranked towards the top of his class, graduating cum laude from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
