His clients consist of individuals and businesses, throughout the nation, and of all varieties. He litigates before state courts in Minnesota and North Dakota as well as federal courts at both the district and appellate levels. He is a 2004 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN, where he was honored as a Collegiate All-American Scholar and recognized for his public service. He is also a 1999 graduate from Jamestown College in Jamestown, ND, where he played for the Hall of Fame Jimmies Football Team.
