David A. Carter is a member of the Florida and Iowa Bar Associations. He has been practicing law since 1982 and in the Boca Raton, Florida area since 1990.

He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in finance. He obtained his law degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1982. For seven years following graduation from law school, Mr. Carter practiced law with the Des Moines law firm of Neiman, Neiman, Stone & Spellman, P.C. where he specialized in bankruptcy law.

Most of Mr. Carter’s clients are individuals or businesses in financial distress. He represents retirees seeking the recovery of nest eggs lost due as a result of negligent advice from stockbrokers and investment advisors, as well as individuals or businesses seeking bankruptcy protection.

Mark R. Osherow is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Business Litigation. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine for 2007, 2008 and 2009 as one of the top 5% of attorneys in Florida. Mark was also recognized as a top "up and comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide for 2005 in the areas of Business Litigation and Products Liability. He was honored with the "Excellence in Writing Award" from the Florida Bar for 2003 for his article on the civil theft statute. Mark's firm has also been named a "Go-To Law Firm" by Corporate Counsel Magazine for 2007, in the area of Employment Litigation.

Mr. Osherow received his undergraduate degree in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a 1988 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. He is a member of the Florida, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut Bars, as well as all of the Florida federal courts, among others. He concentrate in both the state and federal courts in business litigation matters, employment litigation, products liability, medical negligence and other professional liability claims, insurance coverage and personal injury claims. Mr Osherow is a member of the Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee. In addition, He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Florida Bar Journal/News (2006-2008), and served as an attorney-member and is currently Chair of a Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. He served two terms as a member of the Florida Bar's Standing Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). Mr. Osherow was recognized in November 2004 for service in the Report to Congress by The Trial Lawyers Care Pro Bono Project to Provide Legal Representation for Victims Before The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001. for which he represented three victim families as an attorney volunteer. Florida Qualified Arbitrator; Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Darren K. Edwards was born in Columbus, Georgia. He attended high school at Boyd Anderson High School in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. Darren attended the University of Florida and received a B.S. in Broadcasting. He received a law degree from the University of Florida in 1988. He has worked as an attorney for Broward County, as counsel for the Palm Beach County School Board and as a Senior Assistant Attorney General handling Family law matters. The majority of his practice consists of Family Law and Bankruptcy matters.
