Mr. Herron represents individuals with disabilities and serious medical conditions, protecting their rights under the ADA, the Family Medical Leave Act, and other statutes.

In 2006 he represented the plaintiff before the Michigan Supreme Court in Bruce Feyz, M.D. v. Mercy Memorial Hospital, succesfully challenging 25 years of Michigan law that restricted a physician's access to the courts.
