John Hilla is a Detroit-area consumer bankruptcy and criminal defense attorney who works to protect the rights of the individual within our legal system. A 2005 graduate of the Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, he also holds a Master’s degree in International & Comparative Law from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. He practiced in Washington, DC for two years after completing his education before deciding to return to his home in the Detroit area to advocate for the rights of individuals in southeast Michigan.

Regardless of your background or your needs, he will treat you with the respect you deserve and the attention you need. John doesn't believe in “small cases,” and he works hard to ensure that each of his clients are treated properly by the courts and opposing parties.
