David Mangan grew up in Festus, Missouri and attended Festus R-6 High School, during which he participated in the Missouri Scholar's Academy, Missouri Boys' State, and the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine. He graduated from Festus in 2000 with a college preparatory degree. David then attended St. Louis University, where he majored in political science with a minor in theology and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004. While at St. Louis University, David was active in the pep band, played intramural sports, and worked at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.

David attended St. Louis University School of Law from which he graduated in 2007, the same year he was admitted to the Missouri Bar Association. During law school, David was a staff member and editor of the St. Louis University Law Journal, an intern at the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals, a member of the Health Law Association, and an intramural sports organizer. His article, "Gonzales v. Raich: The 'States as Laboratories' Principle of Federalism Supports Prolonging California's Experiment," was published in the St. Louis University Law Journal, Volume 51, Winter of 2007.

David concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, workers' compensation, social security disability, and personal injury.

David and his wife Alicia married in Jamaica during the summer of 2006. Alicia is an R.N. who graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. They now reside in Arnold, Missouri.

David attends First Baptist Church of Arnold, Missouri. In his free time, he enjoys reading novels, and playing sports, the piano, video games, and with his pugs.

Mr. Ribaudo is the founding member of The Ribaudo Law Firm. He clerked for Judge Harold Lownestein, Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, after graduating in the top of his class from the University of Missouri -- Columbia School of Law, where he was a publishing member of The Missouri Law Review. Mr. Ribaudo then practiced at a medium-sized firm in Clayton, Missouri, for two years and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri for three years.

Mr. Ribaudo's primary speciality is appellate law. In 2007, he drafted an amicus curiae brief for the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Missouri and 20 other states. He has experience handling appeals in the Missouri Supreme Court, all districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
