Necol Russell-Washington is an attorney with NRW Law Office practicing primarily in the areas of law relevant to small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations. In addition, Necol is an adjunct professor for Wilberforce University and was appointed to the board of Franklin County Children Services by the Franklin County Commissioners in 2005, where she currently serves as Board Chair. Necol also serves as co-chair for the Columbus Bar Association Business Tax Committee and on the board of Huckleberry House.

Necol received her LL.M (Masters in Law) in Business and Taxation from Capital University Law School in December 2005 and her law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 2000. Prior to becoming an attorney, Necol was a corporate trust officer for a national financial institution, and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserves.
