My name is Kimberly Coleman and I am a consumer bankruptcy and debtors' rights attorney with the law firm of Shainberg & Viola in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have more than 12 years of experience working with consumers, and also about 5 years working with troubled businesses and creditors, but I now limit my practice to consumer bankruptcy and consumer issues.

I am concerned with the volatile economy and how it is negatively affecting individual consumers. I also especially am concerned with the amount of misinformation about debtors' rights and their options and how much self-interest is reflected in the information disemminated that is allegedly supposed to help individual consumers.

I am a licensed business attorney and owner of McKee Law Office. The firm focuses on providing small and mid-sized companies with strategic legal advice. I help businesses prevent and resolve contract disputes, debt collections, employee disputes and tax problems. I have helped over 100 business and have tried over 200 cases. In addition, I am the only business attorney in Philadelphia withover 10 years of experience owning and operating a business.
