Donald C. Kudler was born and raised in Los Angeles where his father presently lives. His brother and sister live in Arizona. He later moved to San Francisco to attend law school and then to Las Vegas to start his career as a lawyer in 1993. In 2005 Mr. Kudler married Ondine Darcyl, a jazz vocalist who grew up in Argentina and moved to the USA to go to law school. The couple lives in Las Vegas with their two dogs.

Mr. Kudler graduated from Lowell High School in Whittier, California in 1978. In his senior year, he won first place in the 1978 Hughes Aircraft Business Competition Day Accounting I contest over students from high schools across Orange County, California. As a teen, Donald Kudler was active in B’nai B’rith Youth Organization ( BBYO ) and to this day maintains friendships and business relationships with men and women he met during that time. During high school and college, Donald Kudler worked for his father’s outdoor advertising company becoming involved in every aspect of the business from interaction with government agencies to apply for permits, to the manufacture, installation, sales and design of signs and the cleaning of the premises.

Donald Kudler obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management in 1983 and a Masters of Business Administration in 1987, both from California State University, Fullerton. Both degrees are with an emphasis in Management Information Systems. In 1993, Mr. Kudler earned his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of the Law where he joined Fraternity Phi Alpha Delta. During law school Mr. Kudler represented indigent clients in mediation at the San Francisco Neighborhood Legal Assistance Foundation. Right after graduation, he moved to Las Vegas, got admitted to the Nevada Bar and started his first job as a lawyer with Robert Massi working in the areas of estate planning, contracts, personal injury, and advising clients in a variety of legal areas. In 1994, Donald Kudler started to work for Albert Massi primarily as a litigator representing injured persons in personal injury cases. He was also advised in transactional law and civil litigation. In 2004, when Albert Massi retired, Donald Kudler and Allen Cap created the law firm of Cap and Kudler.

For fun, Donald Kudler finds new Latin rock bands on the internet and reads fiction, about Kaballah and Argentine history. He is an amateur photographer – his photos of local courthouses are displayed on this website. With his wife, he enjoys skiing, collecting art, traveling to Buenos Aires and Punta del Este as well as exercising and playing ball with the dogs in their back yard. The couple enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Mr. Coil graduated from Pierce Law in 2009, and was admitted to practice law in Nevada later that same year. While in law school, Mr. Coil competed twice in the BMI/Cardozo Entertainment and Communications Law Moot Court Competition in New York City. He also coached Pierce Law team in the 2009 George Washington National Religious Freedom Moot Court Competition.

In addition to his moot court experience, Mr. Coil worked for two years in Pierce Law Civil Practice Clinic where he obtained hands-on experience representing indigent clients in both commercial and administrative law. He furthered his work in the public interest as a law clerk at the Utility Consumers' Action Network in San Diego, CA and continues to periodically contribute on their behalf.

Prior to law school Mr. Coil graduated from Brigham Young University where he studied Political Science and Business Management.

Mr. Coil is also fluent in the Spanish language.

W. West Allen is a partner with the nationally-recognized law firm of Lewis and Roca LLP where he currently serves on the firm's governing Policy Committee. As part of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology Group, Mr. Allen has extensive experience litigating and resolving intellectual property disputes concerning trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, unfair competition, as well as other business, Constitutional and related federal claims. Mr. Allen co-founded the Nevada State Bar's Intellectual Property Section and was subsequently elected that Section's first Chair in 2004. In 2005, Mr. Allen was appointed by the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, to serve on the Court's Civil Rules Subcommittee of the Standing Committee on the Local Rules of Practice. Following his term as the Nevada Chapter President of the Federal Bar Association, Mr. Allen was elected a national officer of the Federal Bar Association in 2007, serving as Vice President for the Ninth Circuit. He currently is serving his second term as FBA Ninth Circuit Vice President and has been appointed to the Federal Bar Association's national Government Relations Committee. Mr. Allen has been an adjunct professor of Internet law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He currently serves as a foundation board member for "Nevada's Favorite Charity" Opportunity Village. He also is an advisory board member of Alliance for Youth Service and an Assistant District Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Allen received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, 1995 and his B.S., Finance, from Brigham Young University, 1991. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Johnston, U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, 1995-1996.

Chaz has substantial experience in servicing clients in the gaming and entertainment industries. However, while focusing on these areas of law, Chaz has also gained significant experience in business development, business transactions, commercial litigation, asset protection, estate planning, campaign/election law, and intellectual property.

Chaz' experience in the entertainment industry spans nearly fifteen years. Prior to entering the study and practice of law, Chaz worked in the film and television industry as a grip, electrician and cameraman. A former film student and member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employes (IATSE), Chaz has worked on dozens of feature films, music videos, commercials, and television programs. In addition to his many credits as a film crewmember, Chaz previously managed his own production company, where he produced short films, music videos, and commercials. Today, Chaz provides legal services to producers, actors, filmmakers, and artists of all kinds.

Since entering the study and practice of law, Chaz has gained experience in government affairs, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, gaming, entertainment and many other areas of law. Prior to founding Rainey Legal Group, Chaz was the Legal Counsel to Brandywine Bookmaking, the owner/operator of Lucky's Race and Sports Books, handling the legal affairs of more than ten locations scattered throughout the State of Nevada. Since launching Rainey Legal Group, Chaz has expanded his practice to include a wide array of legal matters and disciplines. Chaz' clients include gaming companies, film producers, graphic designers, manufacturers, defense contractors, financial service providers, hospitality and tourism companies.

While in law school, Chaz served as a legal extern in the Washington, D.C. office of then Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid. He also served as a summer associate for the internationally known law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. While in his third year of law school, Chaz clerked for a general practice attorney based in the Las Vegas Valley, where he gained exposure to a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, workers compensation claims, and personal injury. Upon graduating from law school, Chaz accepted a position with the startup gaming company Brandywine Bookmaking, where he directly assisted the company's President and CEO in developing the venture from a simple concept to a licensed multi-million dollar gaming operation.

Chaz earned his undergraduate degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with highest honors.
