J. Ashley Twombley is a native of Dillon, South Carolina. He practices in the areas of complex commercial and serious personal injury litigation, regularly handling cases for clients involving wrongful death, breach of contract, estate and probate contests, and products liability. Mr. Twombley's clients include plaintiffs and defendants, as well as individuals and corporations.

After law school, Mr. Twombley clerked for the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. While clerking, Mr. Twombley assisted in managing one-third of Judge Seymour's docket, including felony criminal cases, class actions and various other complex commercial litigation matters.

Following his clerkship, Mr. Twombley joined the Atlanta office of King & Spalding. While at King & Spalding, Mr. Twombley represented Fortune 500 companies in high exposure product liability, toxic tort, and personal injury cases across the country.

Mr. Twombley now practices in Beaufort, South Carolina.
