Mr. Pullins is a prominent Ohio lawyer, public affairs consultant and entrepreneur. He is frequently called upon to advise clients on complex legal, business and public policy issues.

He worked for over ten years as the head of Ohio's only statewide, taxpayer organization and served as a top advisor to former House Speaker Larry Householder. Mr. Pullins served as a consultant to Ohio Members of Congress Jean Schmidt in 2005, Jim Jordan in 2006, and Bob Latta in 2007.

He has appeared as a guest or been interviewed by the Fox News Channel, Court TV, the Ohio News Network Radio and TV, Ohio Public TV and Radio, Clear Channel Radio, National Public Radio, and Ohio ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX TV Affiliates. He has been interviewed or had guest columns appear in every major Ohio newspaper, several national newspapers and most other daily and weekly newspapers throughout Ohio.

Mr. Pullins' boutique law firm and public affairs practice is located in the historic downtown of Mount Vernon, Ohio in Knox County. His focus includes election law, trade association law, internet law, energy issues, healthcare, collections, asset protection, and complex business and personal litigation.

I've been practicing law since 1983. I was licensed in Kentucky first, then in Ohio in 1985. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1982.

I am experienced at forming businesses. I like representing a client in negotiations, drafting proposals, business start-up, and litigation when necessary. I have been plaintiff's counsel, and I have defended those who have been accused of breach or non-performance.

My best legal work is conceiving, drafting, negotiating and finalizing working relationships by and between businesses enterprises, for their best commercial interests. Nevertheless, it takes some expertise in a field to draft, propose terms and negotiqate a truly effective agreement.
