Married with 4 children and parishioner at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church in French Valley, California. I enjoy spending time with my family, tending to my koi pond, keeping up on theology/philosophy, and playing/listening to music. When lawyering, I give 100% of all I've got to each client -- one at a time.

I am one of only a handful of local attorneys who have been actively trying cases before California juries for over 30 years. I am a former Imperial County Deputy District Attorney IV, the last three years of which I served as the Director of the Special Prosecutions Unit (Narcotics). Now, I am proud to be a 2009 - 2010 Patron Member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (C.A.C.J.), and I am also a Private Defense Counsel Member of the California Public Defenders Association (C.P.D.A.).
