Also known as Bo Links, I have practiced in San Francisco since 1974. My firm is Slote & Links. I represent public and private school administrators and educational institutions. I am also a published golf writer (two books - Follow the Wind; Riverbank Tweed & Roadmap Jenkins: Tales from the Caddie Yard) and I serve as San Francisco's volunteer golf historian. I am a serious student of golf course architecture and am the only two-time winner of the Lido Design Prize awarded by the Alister MacKenzie Society.

Karen Landau is a specialist in civil and criminal appeals who practices in all federal circuit courts and in the California appellate courts. Ms. Landau is very experienced in federal sentencing matters and provides consulting services and representation at sentencing.

D. Austin Hare is a California-licensed attorney and Harvard Law School alumnus with specialization in various fields of litigation, to include business and employment, civil rights, class actions, insurance, product liability, and securities. Mr. Hare previously worked as an associate with the elite global law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and as a judicial law clerk with the Federal District Court in San Diego.
