Clark Watkin has been a trial lawyer for over 30 years, representing clients throughout Arizona with the expertise, sound judgment and "street sense" acquired "in the trenches" as a trial attorney. He began his career as a felony prosecutor and has spent the balance of his career handling complex civil cases in the State and Federal Courts. He is dedicated to providing his clients prompt, professional, courteous and fairly-priced services, direct attorney-client communications, and something even more important -- results.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I attended the University of Minnesota Law School. After beginning my ptractice in san Diego, California, I eventually migrated to Prescott, Arizona. I have a general practice, with an emphasis, however, on commerical matters, business relations, real estate, including an expertise on landlord/tenant law, and litigation.

Former Federal Prosecutor - Assistant U.S. Attorney and Criminal Division, U.S. Department of Justice (Honors Program). Mr. Heurlin now practices in the areas of complex business and real estate litigation, securities arbitration (broker fraud), federal white-collar criminal defense, and security clearance litigation. Mr. Heurlin has tried approximately 50 jury trials and argued approximately 60 appeals, many in the federal courts.

Russell Krone attended the University of Arizona and the Berklee College of Music in Boston before completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1994. In law school, Russ served on the editorial board of the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law as the Research & Development Editor. After passing the Arizona Bar in 1994, Russ became an associate attorney at a well established mid-sized Tucson lawfirm. He became a partner in that firm in 2002. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice in all the State and Federal Courts of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Russ' practice focuses on the needs of businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial/business law, real property and land use law and construction law.

Before attending Law School, Russ was involved in the development of electronic parts testing systems and laser optical measuring devices. At the same time, Russ free lanced as a radio and television engineer, where he designed, constructed and maintained UHF television stations, point-to-point terrestrial microwave links, television and sound recording studios and other similar broadcasting installations.

Among his other involvment in the community, Russ served on the Board of Directors for Community Options, Inc.; the Board of Directors of Rebuilding Together; and the Board of Trustees of Green Fields Country Day School. Russ also served as a Member of the Arizona State Bar Committee on Recommended Jury Instructions (civil).

Michael J. Gordon grew up in Camp Verde, Arizona. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. Michael Gordon graduated from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law in 2002. Prior to forming Gordon & Gordon, PLLC Attorney’s at Law, Michael Gordon worked for the law firm of Aspey, Watkins & Diesel, PLLC in Flagstaff, Arizona.
