In addition to real estate, the firm represents clients in business litigation, construction defect problems, estate planning, arbitrations and mediations. We want our clients to fully understand the legal process and what will be involved in finding a constructive result to their legal issue. I am very active in the legal and real estate community. I continue to educate myself on the most up to date information within my field. I maintain active memberships with both local and national groups in the industry.

Mr. Greer is expert in real estate and construction, whether involving litigation, mediation, arbitration, or consultation; he has served construction-oriented clientele (large and small) in ALL of their "phases" of need (litigation in California and Colorado, dispute resolution (mediator and arbitrator), assistance in procurement or development, contract drafting and letting, specification identification, disputes arising during the project, payment issues,liens, and the like). He also serves the real estate industry, whether pursuing class-action litigation, defending brokers/agents/appraisers, or mediating disputes between Purchasers and Sellers of property.
