My practice concentrates on civil litigation, legal advice, and disputes relating to real estate, construction, contracts, businesses, and individuals, including construction contract drafting, review and advice; representation of contractors and owners regarding construction defects and other disputes relating to the construction industry; construction lien preparation and foreclosure; commercial contract disputes and breach of contract actions; debt collections, including lawsuits, garnishments and property seizures; judgment liens; mortgage and deed of trust real estate foreclosures; adverse possession, boundary line, fence line and other neighbor disputes; express and implied easements; matters involving restrictive covenants and height restrictions; nuisances; representation of home owners associations and enforcement of the HOA's Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions (CCRs); and other disputes and legal issues between individuals, businesses, neighbors, property owners, construction contractors, and/or material suppliers. Shareholder Lisa E. Martin's practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, child custody, paternity, child and spousal support, parenting plans, visitation, and domestic violence.
When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four year old daughter, our Boston Terrier Ruby Sue, and friends. I enjoy spending time outdoors in the great pacific northwest outdoors, whitewater rafting, skiing, hiking, and golfing, along with playing poker indoors when it rains.
