Attorney Shepro is the owner of Jeffrey Shepro P.C. in New York City. At New York Law School he was elected Co-Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity. He interned for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation where he audited construction contracts, license agreements and government grants. After law school and prior to opening his own practice, Attorney Shepro worked in general practice. He represented clients in litigation, corporate transactions and real estate transactions. Before entering the practice of law, he worked in corporate finance and sales operations. He helped increase sales, customers and efficiencies for several large corporations.

Attorney Shepro is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut. Jeffrey Shepro P.C. provides personalized representation for individuals, associations and small to medium sized businesses.

Mr. Pepper is the principal in LT Pepper law. Luke has represented people who have been severely harmed due to drug and medical product liability, premises liability, consumer product liability and motor vehicle liability. His focus is in the areas of Mass Torts, Toxic Torts, Class Actions, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Employment Discrimination, Medicare Subrogation, Criminal and Settlement Administration. Luke has been instrumental in the settlement of thousands of personal injury claims involving drug or product exposure, people injured by doctor or hospital error, or by auto accidents. He also represents businesses including real estate agencies, financial planning firms, mortgage brokers and accounting firms in various capacities including representing individuals and businesses before state agencies. Luke received his B.A. in 1997 from King’s College and his J.D. in 2000 from Temple University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 2001 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ahuja is a U.S. citizen born in India. He is admitted in the states of New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court; Southern District of NY, U.S. District Court; Eastern District of NY, and India. Mr. Ahuja received his education and experience both in India and the United States. Mr. Ahuja holds an LL.M. (International Business Law); an LL.M. in Labor Laws; LL.B. (JD); M.B.A. (Personnel Management & Labor Welfare); M.B.A. (Business Management); a Diploma in German language; a Postgraduate Diploma in Gandhian Philosophy, besides his M.A. (Major: International Relations) and B.A. (Honors) degrees.

Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Attorney (Trademarks) at the United States Department of Commerce, Patent and Trademark Office, as an Of Counsel to Aitken Irvin Lewin Berlin Vrooman & Cohn, LLP, a Washington, D.C. based law firm specializing in the international business law, as a Consultant to M&M Consultants in Massachusetts, as a General Counsel to Soft Computer Consultants in New York, and Regional Manager at Oriental Bank of Commerce, India. Mr. Ahuja has worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Baruch College [City University of New York], New York, NY, as an Adjunct Faculty and taught International Business at the USDA Graduate School, Washington, D.C; and as Adjunct Faculty at Howard University. He has been on numerous other legal panels and organized a number of conferences, has frequently been a guest speaker to various institutions of management sciences and law including Continuing Legal Education program for attorneys. Besides his law practice, Mr. Ahuja works as an Arbitrator with Small Claims Courts in New York. Ms. Kovan’s litigation experience includes representing companies and individuals in state and federal court actions throughout the United States as well as securities matters pending before the National Association of Securities Dealers, New York Stock Exchange (collectively now known as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA“)) and the United States Securities Commission (“SEC”). Ms. Kovan has handled numerous securities related matters, including customer disputes, enforcement actions, SEC investigations and insider trading investigations/actions. Ms. Kovan has also represented clients in federal and state litigation and appeals.

Additionally, Ms. Kovan has represented clients in commercial and real estate disputes. Ms. Kovan has a long track record of successfully representing commercial and individual taxpayers in real estate tax assessment appeals throughout Pennsylvania. She has secured significant property tax savings for her clients, including representing a national telecommunications provider in state-wide tax appeals and a major international airport in its tax exemption appeals.

Ms. Kovan brings with her a unique understanding of business, as prior to law school, Ms. Kovan worked in the area of international trade finance in Vienna, Austria. In that capacity, she assisted large and small companies in the financing of import/export transactions (including letters of credit) throughout the world. A passion for law and justice began early for Steve. Raised in his home state of Delaware by his grandparents, he learned the value of hard work, determination, and education. After graduating from Law School he joined the Chester County District Attorneys’ office where he successful prosecuting DUI, Drunk Driving and Alcohol Crimes cases.

But Steve Jarmon’s reign as a DUI prosecutor was marked by his compassion, his commitment to justice and his determination to obtain a fair result for both the victim and the defendant.

Since leaving the District Attorney's office, Steve focuses on DUI Defense.
