Bassel El-Kasaby is senior partner of KasabyNicholls. Practicing primarily in Immigration law, civil rights, and transportation law, Bassel holds a Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the University of Iowa. He also has a Masters Degree in Urban Planning. A former faculty member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha Aviation Institute, he was involved in teaching and research on aviation law, policy, and regulation.

Born Baraboo, Wisconsin in 1972. Raised on a family dairy farm in Mauston, Wisconsin. 1991 Graduate of Mauston High, Mauston, Wisconsin. Married to Lori Wollmer (Yindrick) 1992 Graduate of Aquinas High, David City, Nebraska. Two daughters, Gracyn and Ainsley. Tim gained valuable experience as a criminal prosecutor in Nebraska before joining a successful Omaha civil law firm. Tim joined Egr & Birkel, P.C. in 2009. Tim is an aggressive advocate that is committed to providing high quality legal work product to all his clients in a wide variety of practice areas in Nebraska.
