Barry Chatzinoff is a partner with the Cherry Hill, New Jersey law firm of Chatzinoff & Zoll, P.C. He began his practice during 1982. The primary emphasis of Mr. Chatzinoff's practice is Family Law, including Divorce, Custody, Property Distribution, Alimony and Child Support issues. Mr Chatzinoff served as a Reader for the State of New Jersey Bar Examinations from 1998 through 2007. He also serves as a Blue Ribbon Panelist and provides free Family Law Seminars at various locations in the Southern New Jersey community.
Chatzinoff & Zoll, P.C. was formed in 2007. Mr. Chatzinoff and Ms. Zoll were previously members of the Haddonfield, NJ Law Firm of Weinberg, McCormick, Chatzinoff & Zoll, where they represented members of the community in complex Family Law, Land Use, Real Estate Law and Education Law matters for 20 years and 16 years, respectively. Chatzinoff & Zoll, P.C. is proud to continue their tradition of dedication, caring and professional representation of all clients. Members of the firm are also actively engaged in numerous organizations serving the legal community including the Presidency of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inn of Court and Panel Members of the area county Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels. My practice focuses on Family Law, Real Estate, Simple Wills, Simple Estate Administration. My family law practice includes all aspects of family law including divorce, civil union dissolution, custody, child support, adoption, parenting time, domestic violence victim representation, parental representation in DYFS matters, representation for child abuse registry defense. I can make referrals to certified attorneys in personal injury, criminal, municipal court and workman's compensation matters.

Mr. Stockton graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University in 1983. He earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School-Camden in 1986 and served as a law clerk to Judges Dominick J. Ferrelli and Anthony P. Tunney of the New Jersey Superior Court. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1986.

Mr. Stockton specializes in all aspects of family law including divorce, custody and domestic violence and he is an experienced divorce mediator. He has served as a Court-appointed mediator and arbitrator in family law matters.

Mr. Stockton is a member of the New Jersey State,Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations and he is a member of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has served on the District III-B Fee Arbitration and Ethics Committees.

Mr. Stockton resides with his wife Katie and their children in Delanco.
