I joined the legal profession in 2009 after a 30 year career in health care administration. Mine is a solo practice that focuses on individual attention for each client. Initial appointments are always free of charge and scheduled so you will not have to wait. Unlike some firms, I will meet with you at your first appointment and continue until your matter is concluded. I hope to have the opportunity to meet with you and either assist your directly or assist you with an appropriate referral.

After graduating with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law, Misty D. Parks began her practice primarily in the areas of criminal and domestic law in 2007. She has aggressively and successfully represented clients throughout the Middle Tennessee Area. Misty D. Parks is a solo practitioner which allows her to have more hands on interaction with her clients and to give their matter more individualized attention.
