Ken is a graduate of the University of Washington (B.A. in Economics, 2002), Thomas Jefferson School of Law (Juris Doctorate, 2006). Kirk C. Davis is a Seattle native who went to the east coast for college and law school. After school, he returned to Seattle to work as a prosecutor. He was a prosecutor for 15 years. For the last 10 of those years, he worked as a prosecutor for the City of Seattle Attorney's Office. He was assigned to handle high profile and complex criminal cases. Over his career, Mr. Davis has tried over 100 jury trials.
Mr. Davis handled all of the drug forfeiture cases for the City of Seattle Police Department. He is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Jon Fox has 28 years of experience defending DUIs and has acquired a national reputation as one of the most knowledgeable critics of alcohol breath testing machines in the United States.
