Her business acumen includes: compliance programs, financial statements, policies and procedures, contracting, negotiations, business restructuring, taxation and financial operations. She is an active member of the community. Her current clients include not-for profit organizations, small trucking and transporations companies, physician practices, and ancillary services companies. She also practices in the area of elder law, including estates, wills, medicaid appeals and guardianships.

Deanna R. Pealer has been delivering quality legal services to to citizens of Columbia and Montour counties since 1979.
