Bob graduated from Georgetown University magna cum laude. After college, he was awarded a Rotary International Fellowship and studied at the University of Lisbon in Portugal.

Upon returning to the U.S., Bob worked for several years and then attended the University of Chicago Law School where he graduated with Honors.

Since graduation, Bob has practiced labor & employment law in Orange County, California. In 2003, he founded Legally Nanny, the leading law firm providing legal and tax advice to household employers and domestic employment and homecare agencies.

Bob represents household employers, domestic employment and homecare agencies, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal matters, including defending against claims and litigation from employees and charges and investigations from government agencies.

Bob advises clients on hiring, evaluation, accommodation and termination matters; wage and hour issues; workplace policies, handbooks, agreements and contracts; and resolving client and business disputes. Bob also serves as the General Counsel for the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies, on the Board of Directors for the International Nanny Association, as an active member of the National Private Duty Association, and has served as an expert witness in HR and household employment matters, including calculating the cost of childcare in divorce proceedings.

Since 1995 I have been in private practice in areas relating to employment, divore and family law matters, contracts, personal injury, and as corporate counsel. Recently I am concentrating my practice on bankruptcy, loan modifications, alternatives to bankruptcy, and other consumer debt realted matters. Although my main office is located in Corona, Ca., geographicaly, I practice throughout Riverside County and Orange County, California.

Zev J. Eigen is a labor/employment and entertainment litigator with more than a decade of substantial experience handling complex negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and general contract law. Eigen has developed a particular background in representing clients in the entertainment industry and the restaurant and hospitality industry. He previously served as Senior Counsel to Twentieth Century Fox, where he represented Fox in all facets of its relationships with the entertainment industry labor organizations such as the Screen Actors Guild, the Writers Guild and the Directors Guild. Prior to joining Fox, Eigen worked as an associate with the law firm, Littler Mendelson, where he represented numerous companies in labor and employment matters.

Eigen’s articles have appeared in the Cornell Hotel & Restaurant Administration Quarterly, Dispute Resolution Journal, Fordham Law Review, Connecticut Law Review and the University of Pennsylvania’s Journal of Labor and Employment Law and. He regularly speaks at conferences and legal events, including the annual Human Resources in Hospitality conference, and the Entertainment Industry Labor & Employment Law conference, as well as the Academy of Management.

Beginning in the Fall of 2009, Eigen will join the faculty of Northwestern University School of Law where he will teach contracts, commercial transactions, negotiations and employment law. His current research is supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation. Eigen is also a Graduate Research Fellow with Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation (PON).

Tamara S. Freeze is highly experienced in labor and employment matters as well as general civil litigation, including contract disputes, intellectual property, and sports and entertainment law. Before opening her own practice, she worked for several big law firms in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Orange County. Ms. Freeze is comfortable litigating cases and representing clients throughout California.

Ms. Freeze has substantial experience representing clients in discrimination and harassment disputes, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and for unpaid compensation and benefits. Ms. Freeze frequently advises employees on the hiring and termination, the enforcement of company policies and practices, labor-management relations, wage and hour compliance, alternative dispute resolution, international employment law issues, trade secrets, severance negotiations and class action strategy. She has experience vigorously defending employee rights, educating drafting employment and settlement agreements, independently supervising cases, calculating settlement ranges and managing litigation.

As part of her practice, Ms. Freeze represents employees in state and federal courts throughout California, as well as in administrative proceedings, such as EEOC or DFEH. She is familiar with human resources procedures, business programs for employee recruitment, processing, orientation, performance evaluation systems, and employee counseling.

DON FEATHERSTONE is the Managing Shareholder and Founder of the Firm. He has the distinction of being peer reviewed and rated by Martindale-Hubbell for professional skills and ethics; and is one of the Inland Empire's leading Employment Law and Workers' Compensation Defense attorneys.

Since 1987, Mr. Featherstone has successfully represented a broad range of clients on matters relating to employment, workers' compensation, wage and hour, discrimination, privacy, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, subrogation, and fair employment/housing/civil rights law. He also has a substantial amount of appellate experience with case law on record.

Mr. Featherstone taught workers' compensation law at U.C. Riverside from 2002 to 2008, and has attended numerous speaking engagements as an expert on employment and workers' compensation law. Mr. Featherstone aims to help clients avoid litigation by assessing risk, providing tools to resolve risk issues and offering resources to mitigate future risks.
