In these difficult economic times, my practice focuses on representing consumers in landlord/tenant conflicts, collections actions, and Chapter 7 bankruptcies. On the business side, I have advised employers, set up LLCs and protected bloggers against cease-and-desist orders.

* I'm currently involved in suing several landlords who rented grossly uninhabitable premises.

Private law practice established in 1984. Emphasis in administrative law (application for and defense of professional licenses; education law (K-University level-students, faculty, and staff); employment law (all areas except workers' compensation-public and private employees-discrimination complaints-job accommodations-disability retirement); and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).

Practice limited to residents of the California counties of Marin, Mendocino, and Sonoma.
