Mr. Weldon was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and has been an active member with the Collier County Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association Trial Section, and Thomas S. Biggs American Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.

A graduate of Sarasota High School, Florida State University, and University of Florida, Mr. Weldon is proud of his Florida heritage and education. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Florida State University, graduating cum laude, and obtained his law degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.

Richard Weldon is an active member of the community. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Pelican Bay where he is currently President-Elect of the club, a member of the Board of Directors, and past Kiwanis advisor for Key Club at the Community School of Naples. He is also a member of the University of Florida Alumni Association and the Southwest Florida Gator Club.

Mr. Weldon established The Weldon Law Firm, PL with a vision of building a full-service law firm dedicated to providing exceptional representation to its clients. Although the firm has grown, the firm maintains its original mission of providing personalized legal representation while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Mr. Callison earned his J.D. at Columbia University School of Law in 1988 where he was a member of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. He earned his B.A., with highest honors, from the University of Tennessee in 1985. Mr. Callison is a life member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Callison is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by that organization.

Mark R. Osherow is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Business Litigation. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine for 2007, 2008 and 2009 as one of the top 5% of attorneys in Florida. Mark was also recognized as a top "up and comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide for 2005 in the areas of Business Litigation and Products Liability. He was honored with the "Excellence in Writing Award" from the Florida Bar for 2003 for his article on the civil theft statute. Mark's firm has also been named a "Go-To Law Firm" by Corporate Counsel Magazine for 2007, in the area of Employment Litigation.

Mr. Osherow received his undergraduate degree in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a 1988 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. He is a member of the Florida, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut Bars, as well as all of the Florida federal courts, among others. He concentrate in both the state and federal courts in business litigation matters, employment litigation, products liability, medical negligence and other professional liability claims, insurance coverage and personal injury claims. Mr Osherow is a member of the Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee. In addition, He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Florida Bar Journal/News (2006-2008), and served as an attorney-member and is currently Chair of a Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. He served two terms as a member of the Florida Bar's Standing Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). Mr. Osherow was recognized in November 2004 for service in the Report to Congress by The Trial Lawyers Care Pro Bono Project to Provide Legal Representation for Victims Before The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001. for which he represented three victim families as an attorney volunteer. Ms. Middleton has served as the Chief of Litigation for the School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida which is the nation’s fourth (4th) largest school district. She previously served in a similar position as Senior Counsel for Personnel at the School District of Palm Beach County, Florida from 2002 to 2005.

Ms. Middleton has over 23 years of legal experience which incudes litigation experience and 10 years of managerial experience in both the private and public sectors. Her prior experience includes serving as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami, Florida; Staff Attorney for the City of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; Corporate Attorney & Senior State Relations Consultant for Lincoln National Corporation and Manager, State Filings Department for American Bankers Insurance Group.
