Larry S. Hayman was born in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Ohio University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, having earned the highest grade point average in the Political Science Department.

He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hayman served as an Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, received a CALI Award for Excellence for obtaining a perfect score in his legal seminar, and graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Mr. Hayman is a Principal and Founder of The Law Firm of Hayman & Kelley, LLC, and is admitted to practice law before all state courts and agencies in the State of Ohio as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has significant litigation experience in a wide variety of forums across the state. Indeed, Mr. Hayman has successfully tried cases in court, presented cases on appeal, and represented clients in numerous adminstrative proceedings before, among others, the Ohio Elections Commission, the Ohio Department of Education, State Employment Relations Board, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Additionally, Mr. Hayman has presented statewide legal seminars to school administrators as well as authored published articles in the area of school law.

He is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, and the Central Ohio Association of Juvenile Lawyers.

Mr. Hayman currently resides in Harrison West. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and current events.

Chris L. Trolinger was born in Springdale, Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude, having been awarded the Harold Hantz scholarship given to the most outstanding philosophy student in the Philosophy Department. He received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2008 and awarded the Arthur James Seelye Small Business Law Award for excellence in business law. During law school, he served as Chief Symposium Editor on the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal and was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team.

He is admitted to practice in front of all state courts and agencies in the State of Ohio. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Trolinger focuses his practice to commercial and residential real estate matters, including land use and zoning, acquisitions and sales, real estate tax, landlord/tenant; employment law matters; corporate and business law matters, including entity formation, contract formation and review, mergers and acquisitions, and general representation; civil litigation; and family law.

After years of representing big business both in and out of the courtroom, and having gone through two divorces myself, I have decided to take all of my knowledge, experience and expertise and apply them to representing individuals in family law and civil litigation matters. Henry A. Arnett is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also very active in the Columbus Bar Association, having served on the Judiciary Committee, the Federal Court Committee and as Chairman of the Labor Law Committee. He is General Counsel for the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters and represents numerous labor organizations and individual employees in employee rights cases.
