Jason S. Buckingham is a California licensed attorney who helps people with their estate planning issues, business issues, and real estate issues, including investments, acquisitions, leasing, and loan workouts. To help people survive the growing economic crisis, Mr. Buckingham has added bankruptcy to his practice.
Mr. Buckingham has worked in some aspect of real estate transactions since 1993, starting with foreclosure issues, and several years focused on commercial real estate transactions. More recently, Mr. Buckingham has assisted homeowners with troubled home loans through loan workout and bankruptcy representation.
Mr. Buckingham is a frequent speaker for business owners, investors and professionals on many issues related to commercial real estate, including risk management, commercial leasing, and Tenant in Common investments. Jason is also the Real Estate Legal Issues forum moderator for the Exeter Discussion Board, a website devoted to real estate investment issues.
Mr. Buckingham graduated from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, Cum Laude, December 2004, and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in May 2005, and to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California in February 2009. Mr. Buckingham is also a licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Buckingham is a member of the California State Bar, American Bar Association, and Contra Costa County Bar Association.
