Lindsey was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2006 and the Florida Bar in 2007. Prior to attending law school, Lindsey studied cognitive restructuring training to maximize intelligence, a part of the evolving science of teachable intelligence. She participated in NASA's Critical Thinking Project from 2001-2004. Lindsey also co-authored Retrain Your Business Brain: Outsmart the Corporate Competition, published by Dearborn Press in 2003. Retrain Your Business Brain has also been published in China, Japan, Korea and Indonesia. She also co-authored The Road Trip: A Parable About Where to Lead, When to Follow, and How to Get Out of the Way, published in 2008.

Lindsey graduated with honors from Brandeis University in 1997 with a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and minors in Spanish and Managerial Business. As part of her M.A. program, Lindsey studied abroad at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She speaks Spanish and conversational Italian.

Timothy Kalamaros focuses his practice on probate and trust administration, as well as estate planning using wills and trusts. Carol A. Nolan has been a frequent speaker on Elder Law, Medicaid issues, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianships for the Illinois State Bar Association, National Business Institute, and the DuPage County Bar Association.

Carol has over 10 years of experience in the field of Medicaid planning. She advises clients about the rules pertaining to Medicaid, nursing homes, asset transfers, and trusts for the disabled. She will assist clients in filing Medicaid applications and related matters.

Carol also has expertise in preparing revocable living trusts, wills, and other estate planning tools. This includes plans for special needs children, disabled adults, clients with minor children, second marriages, and non citizen spouses.

David has practiced in both the law firm and in-house counsel environment. He is now in private practice serving clients in a variety of legal issues, focusing primarily on business and estate planning clients.

Sharon R. Knobbe is a partner with Knobbe, Laho, Gradishar & Mack, L, where her practice is concentrated in family law and collections. Daniel N. Richard Schmack was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Berwyn, Illinois. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois in 1977 with double majors in Political Science and History. In 1980 he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Upon graduation from law school in 1980, Richard was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. Richard has made DeKalb County his home since1985. He, his wife, Jackie, who is his office manager, and their sons reside in Sycamore.

Prior to opening his private practice in 1989, Richard served as an Assistant DeKalb County State's Attorney, handling misdemeanor and traffic prosecution, as well as child support enforcement. In his capacity as the civil assistant, Richard represented DeKalb County in lawsuits in Federal and State courts, served as legal advisor to all departments of County government, and represented the County's Zoning Board of Appeals, gaining valuable knowledge of the County's zoning ordinances and regulations.

John Lynch became interested in debt relief and bankruptcy before he went to Law School. John was employed at Eastern Airlines in Miami, Florida, which at that time was the second largest airline in the US. Eastern Airlines filed for bankruptcy in 1990 and by 1991 it had closed its doors. John knew so many people that could not find work, had cars repossessed and faced mounting debt. Then, in 1992 Hurricane Andrew hit South Florida and Pan Am airlines also closed its doors. By that time John was a Paralegal and owner of a Title Company. He worked as a bankruptcy Paralegal throughout law school. Right after his graduation from Nova Southeastern Law School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida he made the decision to relocate to Illinois.

John began working at a Real Estate law firm in the Western Suburbs just as he was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1999. His interest in debt relief continued in Illinois and he began representation in bankruptcy cases along with foreclosure defense and real estate closings. After five years at the firm, John started his own practice specializing in bankruptcy.

As the bankruptcy laws began to change, John found it both challenging and interesting. Through his participation in the National Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bankruptcy Institute he studied the new laws and the resulting effects on his clients. As other lawyers were getting out of bankruptcy practice, John was doing the opposite and becoming familiar with the new laws and the affect they would have on clients. John is an active member of both the Illinois Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. He strives to bring the best available information to his practice.
