Ms. Moradi's practice focuses on complex dissolution matters and contested custody issues. She has represented clients in issues involving valuation of businesses, stock options, and division of limited partnerships. She has also represented parents in contested custody cases, including move-aways. She has effectively helped clients at all stages of the process, from mediation to settlement conferences to trial.
Ms. Moradi's combination of business acumen, litigation experience, and negotiation skills enable her to generate tailored, effective solutions unique to each client. After graduating from Cornell Law School, Ms. Moradi was a litigator at one of the nation's top law firms, Reed Smith. At Reed Smith, she represented businesses in high-stakes litigation including contract, corporate, real estate, and trade secret disputes.
Prior to founding Moradi Saslaw, Ms. Moradi practiced at Hanson Crawford Family Law Group, where she specialized in dissolution matters involving complex financial and custody issues.
Ms. Moradi has received over 150 hours of mediation/negotiation training. She has also served as a pro bono mediator in several courts and for the California Academy of Mediation Professionals.
Ms. Moradi is an active volunteer at Full Circle Fund, a philanthropy organization comprised of individuals supporting non-profits, both financially and with consulting (www.fullcirclefund.org).
