William H. Beck was born December 28, 1971 in Arcadia, California. As a youth, Mr. Beck achieved the highest rank in Boy Scouts, the Eagle Scout, and spent two years in Europe where he learned to speak fluent German. After High School, Mr. Beck attended the National Polytechnic College of Science in Los Angeles where he specialized in Hyperbaric Medicine and received a Commercial Diving Certificate with a concentration on Advanced Dive Medicine in 1994.

Mr. Beck worked as a Paramedic in Los Angeles County and served four years as a Fireman in the United States Navy Reserve attached to the Navy Submarine Command in San Diego, California. Mr. Beck has also worked in the construction management industry and for the Public Transportation Department for the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska.

Mr. Beck returned to college in 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University in 2004 and a Juris Doctor from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law in 2007.
After graduation, Mr. Beck served as a Trial Court Law Clerk and Judicial Staff Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Mr. Beck is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator experienced in mediating dissolution and child custody and support issues with great success. Mr. Beck practices primarily Family Law including marriage dissolutions, child custody and adoptions as well as Probate Law including wills and estate plans. Darren K. Edwards was born in Columbus, Georgia. He attended high school at Boyd Anderson High School in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. Darren attended the University of Florida and received a B.S. in Broadcasting. He received a law degree from the University of Florida in 1988. He has worked as an attorney for Broward County, as counsel for the Palm Beach County School Board and as a Senior Assistant Attorney General handling Family law matters. The majority of his practice consists of Family Law and Bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Fahlgren has published various articles on Consumer Law. Over the years, Mr. Fahlgren has lectured on computer law and internet related issues and has provided information in in numerous stories for television, radio and newspapers. For over a year, Mr. Fahlgren hosted a popular radio show entitled "For the Consumer" on AM 950 WTLN in Orlando.

Mr. Fahlgren also handles a very select few cases involving employment law matters. He has filed claims for age discrimination, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Fahlgren's jury trial experience includes a patent infringement trial lasting in excess of five weeks and a ground breaking same-sex sexual harassment trial in which Mr. Fahlgren's client obtained a jury verdict for an amount in excess of one million dollars.

In November 2007, Mr. Fahlgren and his co-counsel obtained a record $2.9 million dollar verdict against Equifax for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Fahlgren is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has fulfilled the arbitrator training required by the Supreme Court of Florida for court appointed arbitrators. Having represented both sides in his career, Mr. Fahlgren is a successful mediator.
