Kena Hollingsworth is a founding partner of Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, where she practices exclusively in the area of family law and family law mediation. Kena represents clients with all types of family law issues including: divorce & legal separation; custody; parenting time (visitation); child support; paternity; adoptions (including contested adoptions); prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; post-decree modifications & enforcement (including contempt actions); guardianships, emancipation; domestic partnership agreements & disputes; spousal maintenance (alimony); relocations; protective orders; restraining orders; grandparent rights; education orders; military divorces; and family law appeals. Kena is also a registered family law mediator. As a child of divorce, Kena understands the complex, emotional nature of family law cases and, whether she is acting as a litigator or a mediator, she approaches them with compassion and empathy. Very dedicated to the legal community, Kena is an active member of the family law sections of the American, Indiana, Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Boone County Bar Associations. She is a frequent author of and speaker on topics of interest in family law, and has appeared on local television and radio programs discussing various issues related to divorce and family law. Kena was named to the prestigious list of Super Lawyers® Rising Stars for family law by Law & Politics Magazine and Indianapolis Monthly in 2009 and 2010. In addition to her commitment to the legal community, Kena is actively involved in Central Indiana's community. She serves on numerous non-profit boards and volunteers many hours to legal and civic organizations. Kena has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the community through leadership, volunteerism, and professionalism. In addition to being named one of Indy's Best & Brightest, for the last three consecutive years by Junior Achievement of Indianapolis, she a top 5 finalist for the Young Professional of the Year Award in 2009, was named to the Indianapolis Business Journal's Forty Under 40 list in 2008, and received the Colts Community Quarterback Award in 2007.

Doug earned his law degree from Syracuse University, in 2002. At Syracuse, he graduated summa cum laude (1st in his class) and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review. Doug began his legal career as a litigator with two large Midwest law firms, where he practiced commercial litigation. In 2005, Doug started his own law practice, focused primarily on small business, divorce, family law and other business and personal legal services.

In 2009, Doug began developing his mediation practice: Providence Mediation. As a mediator, Doug strives to help couples avoid the stress and expense that the traditional divorce process entails.

Doug resides in Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana, a north suburb of Indianapolis. He has been married to his wife, Mikki, for over thirteen years. He has two sons, Ben and Danny. Doug is an active member of Heartland Church, in Fishers, where he helps lead the small group program. Doug is also an avid woodworker.

Elizabeth Milliken believes that her role as an attorney in our community is to help people use the legal system to find cost-effective solutions to multi-faceted problems.

Elizabeth Milliken began her legal career in 1994 with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office where she gained valuable trial experience as a traditional prosecutor handling a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony cases and then specializing in cases involving drug offenses and search & seizure issues. Branching out into the non-traditional role of a Community Prosecutor, Ms. Milliken worked daily with law enforcement officers from the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, the Indianapolis Police Department, and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department applying aspects of both criminal and civil law to tackle complex crime problems that plagued Indianapolis neighborhoods. While serving as a Community Prosecutor, Ms. Milliken also worked closely with residents of indianapolis neighborhoods expanding her skills not only as a litigator, but also as a problem-solver.

In preparation for a move into private legal practice, Ms. Milliken moved back to the role of a traditional prosecutor handling high-level felony drug cases. During this time, Ms. Milliken worked closely with Indiana State Police detectives on cases involving complex search and seizure issues.

Since beginning her private practice, Ms. Milliken has found her unconventional skills learned while working with residents of a diverse community to resolve complex problems and relationships to be invaluable when representing clients on criminal matters as well as in cases involving family law, collections, and general civil issues.
