I represent clients in the areas of employee rights, labor organizations, education law, unlawful discrimination, unemployment benefits, ERISA, debtor’s and foreclosure defense, family law, criminal defense, tort and contract claims, administrative law, municipal corporation law, open records and open meetings law, and appellate representation. I am a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. I served as a law clerk and staff attorney for the Kentucky Court of Appeals for Judge Sara W. Combs and Judge Joseph R. Huddleston. I am licensed to practice in all state courts in Kentucky, the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the U. S. Supreme Court. I am a member of the Oldham County Bar, the Louisville Bar, and the Kentucky Bar Associations, and the Kentucky Justice Association. I am also active in the Sons of the American Revolution and the Boy Scouts.

I represent individuals with personal injury claims, Social Security Disability appeals, domestic problems or adoptions,criminal cases (including DUI charges) and general practice.
I am licensed in Kentucky and Tennessee. My office is in Elkton, Kentucky. I travel over the areas of Southern Kentucky and Middle Tennessee to meet with my clients or appear for them in their local court.
