Attorney John L. Roncone, III. (Jay), began his practice of law in 1991 after graduating from Gettysburg College (PA) and the New England School of Law (Boston, MA). He has practiced primarily in the areas of: personal injury (auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall), criminal defense (assault, DWI/OUI, drug charges, etc.), litigation, real estate and family law (divorce, child support, restraining orders, adoption, etc.). He has extensive experience representing clients in the various District Courts, Probate and Family Courts, Superior Courts, and Federal Courts within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has also successfully represented parties in numerous arbitration and mediation hearings, saving clients' thousands of dollars in litigation expenses.
Attorney Roncone has handled many complex litigation matters both for plaintiffs and defendants, including wrongful death claims, slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, serious personal injury claims, multi-million dollar condominium litigation, divorce, paternity and child custody disputes. At least six of his clients' cases have been published as "notable verdicts/settlements" within the Commonwealth. He has also defended hundreds of juvenile and adult defendants accused of various misdemeanor and felony offenses from arraignment thru jury trials.
An active member of most state bar association and trial lawyers groups, Attorney Roncone served as the Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Leominster, Massachusetts from January of 2000 thru January of 2004. He currently serves as a Special Prosecutor for the Worcester County District Attorney's Office and was recently appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Attorney Roncone has advised and negotiated various artist/talent agreements for singers, writers, and producers in various television and theatrical matters.
Attorney Roncone is also the principal of the Roncone Title Co., Inc., wherein he represents numerous local lenders in real estate closings (both commercial and residential). He also serves as an approved agent for the Chicago Title Insurance Co.
Attorney Roncone is admitted/licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of California and the District of Columbia.

My practice is restricted exclusively to divorce and family law. I offer professional mediation, collaborative divorce, and traditional court -based representation when other options are not appropriate.

Attorney Elena Tsizer graduated from New England School of Law cum laude, in the top 15% of her class. After graduation, she had the honor of serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in Suffolk, Middlesex, Bristol and Worcester Counties, where she conducted research on complex legal issues, wrote legal memoranda, drafted decisions, findings of fact, and conclusions of law while working under close supervision of the Justices. Currently, she is regularly serving as a pro bono attorney for the clients of the MetroWest Legal Services. In her continuous effort to provide her current and future clients with the best and most updated legal advice, Attorney Tsizer has applied and recently been accepted to the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University, which she anticipates to complete in May 2010.

Attorney Tsizer worked full-time while completing her law degree at night. While in law school, after a school-wide writing competition, she was awarded membership onto the New England Journal on Civil and Criminal Confinement, where she served as a Case Comment & Note Editor. Also, during that time, she was an intern at the New England Innocence Project, reviewing files of inmates in search of various physical evidence which would make inmates' acquittals through DNA testing possible.

Before earning her Juris Doctor Degree, Elena has been in a legal profession for nearly a decade. Native of Ukraine, she immigrated to the United States in 1993, first settling in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She began her legal career in 1996 as a secretary in a solo practice that served Russian and Ukrainian immigrants. Always working full-time and studying, Elena earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Community College of Philadelphia and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Temple University.

Attorney Tsizer is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts, as well as Middlesex and Worcester Counties Bar Associations.

I have been an attorney since I was admitted in 2000.
Since then I have frequently volunteered to help the indigent offering competent legal representation.
I concentrate solely in the area of family law as a legal specialty. A great majority of my background in casework has been dealing with helping women with domestic violence issues.
