I am married and have two step-sons and a beautiful 2 year old granddaughter. My husband and I spend most of our free time with our family.

My practice involves working with families to help them resolve a fairly wide variety of issues. I do a lot of work with families who are divorcing and unmarried parents whose relationship is breaking apart.

We also work with people who are planning for their future by way of estate planning, wills & trusts. We believe that it is important to plan not only for the ultimate distribution of your assets, but also to make sure that you are provided for as well as may be in the event you need your money spent for your needs.

Where families include children who are not legally a part of the family, we help families with step-parent adoptions.

Mr. Todd Miller is an attorney with the Law Office of Todd Miller, LLC, a general practice law firm focusing in the areas of property tax appeals, debt collection and defense, wrongful death, personal injury, workers' compensation, real estate, estate planning, trusts and estates, family law and civil litigation. Mr. Miller has filed or supervised property tax appeals in twenty-one (21) states and he writes and lectures on the topic of property tax reduction and property tax administration for commercial, residential and industrial property owners. Prior to creating his own firm, Mr. Miller led the national Golftax Group for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Austin, Texas where his national tax practice focused on property tax reduction for golf and recreational properties, real and personal property valuation processes, tax appeal litigation, personal property tax compliance, tax database administration and consulting. While in Austin, Mr. Miller represented a clientele with properties in thirty-four (34) states.

Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with honors from Lincoln University of Missouri in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri â Columbia in 1999. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and he is a member of The Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association and the Cole County Bar.
