Necol Russell-Washington is an attorney with NRW Law Office practicing primarily in the areas of law relevant to small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations. In addition, Necol is an adjunct professor for Wilberforce University and was appointed to the board of Franklin County Children Services by the Franklin County Commissioners in 2005, where she currently serves as Board Chair. Necol also serves as co-chair for the Columbus Bar Association Business Tax Committee and on the board of Huckleberry House.

Necol received her LL.M (Masters in Law) in Business and Taxation from Capital University Law School in December 2005 and her law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 2000. Prior to becoming an attorney, Necol was a corporate trust officer for a national financial institution, and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Simon Patry was born on September 25, 1979 and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Illinois State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Government. Mr. Patry graduated at the top of his class at Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2005. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2005, Ohio Bar in 2006, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2007. While in law school Mr. Patry excelled both in the classroom and extracurricular activities. He was the Presiding Judge of the Moot Court Program, was the Law School’s Mock Trial Team Coach, was the Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity International’s Willis Chapter, and earned Order of Barristers for his demonstration of outstanding oral advocacy skills. Prior to joining Dysinger & Associates, LLC, Mr. Patry worked for Cicero & Kollin, LLP and Rion, Rion & Rion, LPA, Inc. Member: Ohio State Bar Association; Miami County Bar Association; Dayton Bar Association; Greene County Bar Association; Tipp City Rotary Club. Practice Area: Civil and Criminal Litigation, Family Law, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates and Wills.

Larry S. Hayman was born in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Ohio University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, having earned the highest grade point average in the Political Science Department.

He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hayman served as an Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, received a CALI Award for Excellence for obtaining a perfect score in his legal seminar, and graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Mr. Hayman is a Principal and Founder of The Law Firm of Hayman & Kelley, LLC, and is admitted to practice law before all state courts and agencies in the State of Ohio as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has significant litigation experience in a wide variety of forums across the state. Indeed, Mr. Hayman has successfully tried cases in court, presented cases on appeal, and represented clients in numerous adminstrative proceedings before, among others, the Ohio Elections Commission, the Ohio Department of Education, State Employment Relations Board, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Additionally, Mr. Hayman has presented statewide legal seminars to school administrators as well as authored published articles in the area of school law.

He is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, and the Central Ohio Association of Juvenile Lawyers.

Mr. Hayman currently resides in Harrison West. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and current events.
