Kimberly is an Attorney with over 11 years of experience. She is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator in Civil/General and Family Mediation. Additionally, she has obtained the designation of Special Training in Domestic Violence Issues and is the Chair for the Nashville Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Committee.

She has had the opportunity to train mediators in both General/Civil and Family Mediation for the State of Tennessee. She is a certified Elder Mediator and Elder Mediator trainer.

Kimberly is an international speaker and has recently been added to a group of online providers educating Solicitors and Barristers in the topics of Elder Mediation, Re?ective Practice and Negotiation in the United Kingdom.

Kimberly teaches Criminal Law and Contract Law at Argosy University and teaches in the Master of Arts Program for Con?ict Resolution at Bethel University in Nashville. Her law degree is from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Formerly, Kimberly worked as a Federal Bank Examiner and in the corporate world as an auditor.

Miles Mason, Sr., JD, CPA, practices family law exclusively throughout West and Middle Tennessee and Eastern Arkansas. Miles founded Miles Mason Family Law Group, PLC (formerly the Crone & Mason, PLC Family Law Practice Group, PLC) with offices in Brentwood and Memphis, Tennessee. An active member of the ABA Family Law Section, Miles is past Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Family Law Section, and served on the Editorial Board of the Tennessee Bar Journal. Currently, Miles serves as the ABA Family Law Section's Liaison to the AICPA, serves an Instructor for NACVA's Forensic Accounting Academy and IBA's Business Valuator Accredited for Litigation (BVAL) Workshop. Miles is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, and Williamson County Bar Associations’ and their respective Family Law Sections, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of CPA’s (TSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Often interviewed by the media, Miles is frequently asked to comment on topical legal issues. Active in the community, Miles has taken on leadership roles and has served on boards for several non-profit organizations, including President of the Christian Brothers High School Alumni Association; the Board of Directors of the Marguerite Piazza St. Jude Gala; and the Co-chair of the Board of Directors of the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ).

After graduating with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law, Misty D. Parks began her practice primarily in the areas of criminal and domestic law in 2007. She has aggressively and successfully represented clients throughout the Middle Tennessee Area. Misty D.
