I have been practicing either tax or estate planning law for over 10 years. After I graduated the George Washington University Law School I worked with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, DC. Then, after obtaining a Masters in Law (LLM) in estate planning at the University of Miami, I was an associate at a large South Florida law firm, where my practice concentrated on estate planning, probate, and tax planning.

I have recently opened up my own practice as a solo practitioner, where I hope the lower overhead will allow me to serve my clients more efficiently and at a lower cost to them, but still provide the high quality of legal services that they could get at a large firm.

I practice law in the Miami Beach office of Leser Hunter Taubman & Taubman. I provide corporate counsel to high-growth companies. Much of my practice focuses on empowering companies venturing into the Web 2.0 world. I've developed unique specialties in helping Web 2.0 companies with everything from commercial transactions to merger & acquisitions as well as advertising and e-commerce compliance. My background in International Economics and Finance together with my education from Stanford Law School provide me with a unique view to help small and mid-sized businesses grow and succeed in today’s competitive marketplace.
