In 1982, Mr. Felice began his career in Cincinnati, Ohio, as an attorney practicing in the areas of construction, real estate and consumer law. While with Blair, Felice was instrumental in the establishment of the Arlington Ridge Community Development District and, as of the date of this writing, still serves as its Chairman.
